The Simple Life of a Baghag

We had a very simple dinner at Seven Corners in Crowne Plaza last Feb. 14. I was quite surprised when hubby told me he was able to "reserve a table" for us since earlier that day, he told me that it was already fully booked. Well, if you only knew how my husband can be so "persistent" (read: makulit) I bet he made "kulit" the people from seven corners. lol. Anyways, it's always been a great experience dining there. It's been our favorite resto since it opened. We never grew tired of going there. Plus, they've got plenty of freebies for valentine's day. Check this out...

Had my merienda in the building's cafeteria and when I got back, our HR supervisor called me in her area and all the while I thought i'll be reprimanded due to excess breaktime. But to my surprise, she handed me a beautiful bouquet of tulips (my favorite) delivered during the time I was having merienda. From who else?!.... my dear husband!!!

I wasn't really expecting (ok, ok, a little bit lang naman) to get one this year since I thought he won't have the time to do so since I got sick and wasn't sure when will I be back in the office. But, still he managed to surprise me with one. Super thanks hunny if you're reading this.

Anyway, I texted him right away to thank him for the flowers and texted back " it doesn't end there... see you later...." Gosh! May surprise pa?! He txtd me earlier that Seven Corners at Crowne Plaza is already fully booked na as well as Edsa Shang. So, I was wondering where are we going kaya if all the hotels here in Ortigas are fully booked? Hmm.... will find out soom :)
